Life is an adventure, and it can be extremely fun, but sometimes things can't be helped, so it is understandable to cancel your appointment. Letting us know 24 hours before the appointment due to come in is just common courtesy and makes life easier on everyone!
If you cancel within this period, or you don’t show up to your appointment, this will incur a cancellation fee. 50% of the treatment cost is required, and we will call you to confirm and collect your credit card details or send an invoice.
Please arrive 5-10 minutes prior to your treatment to fill in a client form and settle in. This will ensure your treatment starts on time. Please understand, due to other bookings, we may need to reduce your treatment time if you arrive late.

Processing Your Rebate Massage with HICAPS – Available Now!
Claiming your health fund rebate when you book a remedial massage with us through the HICAPS machine means you are only paying the out-of-pocket expense for the treatment, which is the difference between our fee and your own rebate (referred to as the ‘Gap Payment’). The gap payment may vary depending on your fund and level of cover.
